Villa Clara

Villa Clara is a beautiful villa built at the end of the 18th century. It is the typical Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, at the center of one estate with farmhouses once lived in by the farmers looking after the winery. It is located only 4kms from Lucca, thus combining proximity to the town of Lucca with the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside. The area is known as "La Maulina" and has always been famous for its wine. Nowadays it is one of the most requested residential areas of the town of Lucca. The villa has been totally converted during the last couple of years and has been fully furnished in an elegant style. It can accommodate groups of up to 20 people, with all bedrooms (except one) having their own bathroom. A chef, heating and telephone available for an additional charge. There is deposit upon check-in of 250 Euros for the telephone. Extra maid and laundry service is 13 Euros per hour. All of these 'a la carte" services are paid locally with Euros and subject to change. This villa sleeps 12/20 people and there is a minimum stay of 14 nights - (a one week stay may be allowed @ an additional 15%.). A two week stay is preferred, however the owner may accept one week at his discretion
